We also strive to make our employees’ lives #LessTaxing by providing a level of flexibility not usually found at accounting firms. Outside of tax season, we offer reduced office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30a-3:30p. During tax season, we keep team spirit high with collaboration, shared meals and stress-relieving activities for everyone in the office. N&Co employees often say they love working here because of the fantastic people they get to work with! We have fun together while working smarter (and harder for those brief 12 weeks).
