We know it’s summer and most of you aren’t thinking taxes; however, we’ve heard from a few of you about needing to access the digital copies of your 2021 tax returns and/or tax documents. They are located in SafeSend Returns.
Here are some helpful tips to access SafeSend Returns:
- To access your 2021 tax returns or tax documents, you need to use the link you received in the original SafeSend Returns email from us. To locate this in your Inbox or Deleted emails, you’ll want to search for the sender “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Once you find that email, please flag and save it for future reference. If you are unable to locate your original email, please call our office at 614-891-5423 so that we can resend that link to you.
- If you are interested in downloading and saving an electronic copy of your return or tax documents, instructions for doing that can be found here. As we have mentioned in the past, for security reasons, we recommend saving any documents containing your personally identifiable information on a flash drive rather than on your PC. We also suggest storing that flash drive in a secure location.
- SafeSend Returns has added a helpful new feature called SafeSend Steve . By clicking on SafeSend Steve within your portal, you will be provided with simple instructions for working through each item on that screen. We believe SafeSend Steve answers many of the questions you might have about the SafeSend Returns process. However, if you still have questions, we are here help!
