We want to wish you and your families a very Happy New Year! The team at N&Co is eager to support you in navigating tax season seamlessly. In early January, we will begin emailing you a series of tips geared toward completing your Tax Organizer, as well as emailing your Tax Organizer to you.
Over the years, we have received numerous requests for a fillable-pdf Tax Organizer. We listened to you! This year we are able to offer this feature, as well as the ability to securely upload your completed Tax Organizer and associated tax documents to us through SafeSend Organizers. We aim for 100% Tax Organizer participation this year!
Every client will have three options when completing this new Tax Organizer:
- A fully electronic process*: complete your Tax Organizer online and also submit your tax documents through our secure document-collection portal, SafeSend Organizers.
- The traditional paper method: just print out your Tax Organizer and write in your answers. Deliver it and your tax documents to our office as you have in the past.
- A combination: complete and submit your Tax Organizer online, while still delivering your paper tax documents to our office.
*For best online results, we recommend using Google Chrome.
This year, Tax Organizers will be emailed from Nichols & Company CPAs <[email protected]>. Add this email to your safe list to prevent it from being categorized as spam/junk. If you are unable to find your Tax Organizer in your Inbox by January 15th, please search your Spam/Junk folders for [email protected].
While we acknowledge that a transition of this sort may seem daunting and will likely not occur without some hiccups along the way, we do believe this change is necessary to continue providing the quality service our clients have come to expect from us.
